- Powderwood Resort guests must check-in at our sister property, Bear Hollow Village, located approximately 1/4 mile away at 5519 Lillehammer Lane, Building A. The front desk is open 8 am-6 pm, seven days a week April 15-December 1 and 24 hours December 1-April 14. If you expect you are going to be late, please contact them for after hours check in procedure.
Please note seasonal cancellation policies apply; Winter Season November 21, 2011 - April 15, 2012. Summer Season April 16, 2012 - November 20, 2012.

All Seasons Resort Lodging welcomes you to PowderWood Resort. On-site, you will find a large heated outdoor (summer only), hot tub, covered parking, and a three level clubhouse with an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, and big screen TV. Summer guests enjoy tennis and volleyball courts.Winter Season Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 46 days of arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Christmas, Sundance and Presidents Week) will forfeit 20% of reservation value. Cancellations within 45 of arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Christmas, Sundance and Presidents Week), full reservation value will be forfeited.
